My Four Boys

Saturday we took a spur of the moment, quick trip to the cabin to see the snow before it's gone.

The boys were so excited to see it and Landon had to get the first pictures. He got a lot through the window like this.....

Then he got even more like this. He makes me laugh! I am just grateful that he can entertain himself in the car.
Anyway, we got there, unloaded the snow cloths, quickly got the boys changed, got the sled, and went straight for the hill.
Here is our hill (on day two). We got up the hill, Jason got on the sled made a path and then went to work with the shovel to make a good "landing spot". Well as he was working at the bottom the boys got a little impatient so we loaded them in the sled. Van took the front and Landon held on tight in the back. The first run the went about two feet and fell over. The next run they got some speed and made themselves a new path. I yelled at Jason but there was no way he could not get to them in time.
They went right into the wood pile. Landon hit the back of Van and poor Van hit the wood...HARD! My mom and I took him back to the cabin to clean him up and Landon stayed to get some better runs in. He could only get a few in before Jason had to go with me to the Urgent Care for some stitches.

To sum it up we got the snow at 1 and the urgent care by 2:30.
