Dirt Dirt and More Dirt

I got home from class one night to find this....

This would be why Van's bed always need washed and it would also be why he has been grumpy so much.  I get home from class around 10:30 or 11:00 and he is still up with Jason.  Now that I am done with class bed time has gotten hours earlier.  We also go our grass in last week and I am one happy person, I LOVE love LoVe grass :)

Gunner's One

Or as Gracen puts it "Gunners a One-er"!!
Happy Birthday little guy.  I had class on your birthday so we had the party early.  We had it Desert Mtn Park because that is one of your favorite things to do.  You love the park and love the slides, you have no fear!!  You played and ate A LOT of cake and opened your presents!

We did some ice surfing too.

On your birthday we took you to do one of your other favorite things, play in the water.  You cannot get enough water, you can be freezing but you don't leave or get out.

We took an ice cream break lunch break with Dad then got back to business...
Roman was a good sport and came to however, water play is not that high on his list of fun things to do.

Of course your brothers were there to help you celebrate but they did get cold and ran over the dry play ground. It was such a fun day! We love you and had so much fun watching you grow. You are walking and have been for months, you love to climb and are always at the top of everything, say mama, dada, lala (landon) more, and that, you would say more if you ever took that pacifier out (don't worry I'm taking that away). You love water, slides, parks, the wii remotes, the trampoline and of course, your brothers!

Just for the books you are...
 28 3/4 inches--15%
18 pounds 4 oz--0%
17 3/4 15%
One year ago you were...
7 pounds 10 oz
21.25 inches long
Wow, how you have grown :)

Congrats Landon

Good Job Landon!  You did so good in kinder this year.  You loved going, you were so social, your teacher said you listen well, and your starting to read.  Next year your going to have so much fun in all day kindergarten and I bet since you will be a year older you might even do your homework with out arguing with me about it (hey I can wish)!

Jason Jr.

I got Gunner up and ready for church and Jason looked at him and said where did you get that?!  He had no idea he once wore this same little outfit.  Amazing how well it looks many years later.  I think Van put it best when he said 100 years later :)

Easter 2011

Hoppy Easter!!
We hunted, we played, we ate, we went to church!  It was a great Easter and it was also Gunners first Easter.  He loved it, he loves anything that involves candy :)

Lost and Found

So, I have lost a lot of pictures over the last three years and you will never guess where I found them, in my camera! Yup, can't believe I admit that but it is true. See if the memory card is not all the way in my camera it still holds a lot of pictures, over two hundred so when I would take the memory card out to download them I thought I must have erased them before I hit the download button but that's not the case and they have been piling up there for years:) Here are few of my favorites...
You forget how little they were..
Van still loved just as much then as now!
 Last summer when Shani came.
Last November we took at quick trip to the cabin
We were able to go to Holbrook and go out with Grandpa to feed his horse, the boys loved going out and "helping" him.

 Gunners first Thanksgiving :)
This picture is not good but it makes me laugh.  When Van is mad there is not a way in the world to bribe him to smile.
There is my quick, out of order trip down memory lane.

Shani, this one is for you...

Today, I took Van, Gunner and Roman (yes, I was a site) to Landon's practice for the Kindergarten music program tomorrow. Of course I was a couple minutes late.  I go to the back park my stroller, get sat down and sit Van next to me.  The first song is great, it really was cute or at least I thought it was.  Van gets up and says very loudly as he is walking out "That was not good I don't like that song I like to hear things like poker face and California girls".  Of course all the teachers heard many of the first grade students heard and all the parents around me heard.  Why can't he be quiet, why couldn't he have said they are my kids pop songs so at least people don't think he listens to the horrible versions.  Once again he has embarrassed me (good thing I am used to it don't care any more). I think he is going to stay home with Grandpa for tomorrows show.
He also told Patti (her yard is always 100% perfect and awesome) that her FRONT YARD need to have a mud puddle!!  Take that as a compliment Patti because he told me that my hair really needed PAINTED again!  At least he thinks it is your yard that is unkept and not you!  I guess I should take my 3 year olds advice and get my hair "painted" SOON!
*Van is for sale any takers?!*
